I speak to CMOs, VPs of E-commerce, and growth teams about how stores turn the demand they already have into assets that keep paying. Every talk is built on work I did at real stores, with the numbers and the mistakes left in.
Invite me to speakMost e-commerce teams are good at what they do, and most of their growth still depends on spending more every quarter. The problem is rarely a lack of activity. It is how the activity is organized. When SEO, content, merchandising, customer insight, and retention run as separate channels, the store keeps paying to create momentum it should already be accumulating. This talk shows what a connected growth system looks like, how each part hands momentum to the next, and how to tell whether your growth is compounding or just repeating.
Flagship keynote · 30–45 minutes · for executive and leadership audiences
Customers search for a type of thing before they search for a product. Most stores are built around the internal catalog instead: how the buying team thinks, not how the shopper asks. This talk walks through how Arteza grew from about 40 collections to 120, built almost entirely from inventory it already had, and nearly quadrupled organic traffic. Attendees leave with a method for finding the departments their own store is missing, and a way to measure the result within a month.
Practical session · 30–60 minutes · for e-commerce, merchandising, and SEO teams
AI search has created a new wave of confident advice and very little evidence. This talk explains what is actually happening under the hood when ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google's AI answers recommend a product, what still decides who gets chosen, and where executives are being sold certainty that nobody has. The short version: the stores that win are still the ones that are genuinely useful, that other people vouch for, and that are easy for both a shopper and a machine to understand.
Briefing or panel · 20–40 minutes · for leadership teams planning their search strategy
